TrueRCM only employs experienced medical billing and Risk Adjustment coders. All TrueRCM coding personnel are AAPC (American Association of Professional Coders) certified and must have a minimum of five years of full time coding experience prior to hiring. Many of our coders also hold additional certifications, including CPC/CRC and with extensive experience in RISK ADUSTMENT coding and CMS TAMPER documentation systems.

TrueRCM's True Training Centers train experienced coders on the use of our proprietary workflows and Artificial Intelligence processing systems prior to assignment to TrueRCM customer accounts.
